Reverse engineering of the complete set of Servo Motors No. 1 and 2 for the Dez Dam power plant unit in Andimeshk under the supervision of the Khuzestan Regional Water and Power Company. These units underwent 3D scanning and dimensional data acquisition using a FARO arm CMM. This was followed by the extraction of dimensional and geometric tolerances, assembly tolerance analysis, and the determination of manufacturing processes. Localization, design, and manufacturing of both sets were carried out in Arak through the collaboration of Abad Deghat Markazi Company (specializing in design and reverse engineering) and a Tehran-based parts manufacturing company for the fabrication and repair of these two highly critical components in the national power industry.
