During the initial assembly without using a Laser Tracker device, after installing the extruder shafts, it was noticed that the shaft was colliding with the barrel walls. This collision caused vibration and ultimately damage to the barrels and finally the breakage of the extruder shaft. After the initial measurement by the Laser Tracker team of Abad Deghat Markazi Company, it was found that the gearbox and the installed barrels were not concentric due to the settlement of the gearbox, resulting in the shaft colliding with the barrel walls. Initially, with the data provided, the settled gearbox was leveled and brought to its correct position. In the next stage, by obtaining the correct position of the extruder shaft, the barrels were assembled in their correct geometric state, and after the initial test, the system was successfully launched.
